A flow meter is a device used to measure the flow rate or quantity of a gas or liquid moving through a pipe.
There are some types for example, turbine type flowmeter, electromagnetic flowmeter, vortex shedding flowmeter, ultrasonic flowmeter and displacement flowmeters
Most of them are used for the measurement of natural gas and liquid flow. They can be used to accurately measure the flow rate of liquids which are electrical conducting, caustic, and mixed with liquids and solids. They are widely used throughout industries of petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmacology, papermaking, electric power, environmental protection and so forth.
FS-P Series Positive displacement(oval gear) flowmeter for engine oil/diesel oil , the main type of positive displacement flow meters, is used to measure pressure in the pipeline closed under full pipe flow of the fluid flow. It has good adaptation and essentially unregulated measuring temperature, pressure change, and easy of installation.
